Ann Kruder will be here to help us create the most unique, creative and totally one of a kind pair of sneakers!

The sneaker soles and pattern for the sneakers will be provided.

Once you have registered you will receive an email with the fabric requirements and any additional supplies you may need to make your sewing experience easier. 

You have a choice of three colors of soles, white, black and tan.  Use the drop down menu at checkout to select your size and your sole color choice.  These are medium width European sizes and run a little large.  If you are a half size, Ann recommends to size down unless you have a wide width and then she said to size up.  

You will finish these sneaks at retreat and probably long before you are ready to leave on Sunday, so feel free to bring extra projects to get some of those UFO’s knocked out while you are here!

This retreat will be held at the Quilt With A Heart retreat center in Priddy, Texas, which, is located in between somewhere and nowhere in the center of Texas! We are centrally located in this great big state and are approximately 2 hours from anywhere significant in any direction you go, i.e., 2 hours to Austin, Ft.Worth, Waco, San Angelo, Abilene, Fredericksburg, you get the picture!

The cost of the retreat is $335.00. This fee covers the cost of the two night stay, the instructor fee,  the sneaker sole kit and meals. I haven’t yet planned the meals, but there will be plenty to eat! Bring your own snacks and favorite drinks, coffee and tea will be provided. If you would like to come a day early to get set up, you can come on Thursday afternoon for an additional $35.00 fee.
